What we collect
When you submit the quote form on this site we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address or neighbourhood, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to contact you about your quote request and to schedule and deliver the work. We may also use your contact details to follow up about your job or to send occasional service reminders. You can opt out of those at any time by replying or calling us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business - for example our scheduling, messaging and customer-record tools - and only so they can perform that work for us. We will disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for servicing, warranty and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymise them.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data required to load the page.
